Screening results not displaying

Description:
A customer reported that she was running a restricted party screening and after submitting her request no results are displayed even though the bottom left corner said `done`.
Problem Type: Other
Status: Closed
Solution: The customer discovered that a file in her Internet Explorer had become corrupted. To resolve the issue you can 1) reinstall Shipping Solutions from the CD-ROM or 2) download the file msxml.msi from the following website and reboot.
