| The exporter's phone and fax number do not appear on the Commercial Invoice. If you wish to change the information that appears on any of the forms, we can give you a quote for making that change in a customization of the software for you.
In the case of the phone and fax number, we encourage users to print the invoices on your company letterhead, which would typically include that information.
You can change the margins of any of the forms to fit on letterhead by clicking on the "Page Setup" button in the upper-left corner of the screen, selecting the export form you wish to modify from the drop-down menu, and then changing the margins to accomodate your company's logo and address information. You can even change the default printer for a particular form so that, for example, you can automatically print the invoice to a printer that holds your company letterhead.
Once you've made whatever adjustments to a particular form you wish to make, click on the "Save These Settings" button. Your form will now print with these changes automatically until you go back to the Page Setup screen and change them again.
