User couldn't see shipments imported by other user

Description:
The ssdata.mdb is located on a shared drive using a unc connection. When one user imported a shipment, the other user was not able to see that shipment.  
We had the user who could not see the newly imported shipment re-attach the database and then they were able to see the shipment Any ideas as to why this is happening?

Solution: We have been researching this issue and can’t come up with a reason why an imported shipment would appear for one Shipping Solutions user and not another. It seems the data must be cached on your server somehow so that it isn’t being shared with other users unless they reattach to the database. I would check with your network administrator and see what they can do to address this issue.
